It&rsquo;s not what happened on Jan. 6, it might be what happened in October, or in November, that has not been prosecuted and occurred within the jurisdiction.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>On specific actions J6ers may have taken that Krasner felt could incriminate them, he listed, &ldquo;texting, phone calls, s, reservations for transportation or for hotel. Conspiratorial activity could give rise to a local charge, meaning a state charge of criminal conspiracy.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>After listing more actions, including, &ldquo;illegal use of communications facilities, firearms charges,&rdquo; and &ldquo;improper use of money,&rdquo; Krasner said, &ldquo;all the conduct&rdquo; must be examined for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/monday-november-1st-2021\/\" title=\"Monday | November 1st, 2021\">potential legal action<\/a>, even if it did not occur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/public-see-happened-tucker-praises-kevin-mccarthy-promising-release-jan-6-footage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on Jan. 6<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The DA&rsquo;s language in this interview throws away any defense of this idea being a simple administration of justice.<\/p>\n<p>He referred to Trump&rsquo;s pardon as a &ldquo;get out of jail free card,&rdquo; while reminding Tapper&rsquo;s audience of the successful lawfare against the president resulting in him being labeled a &ldquo;convicted felon.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/op-ed-bidens-plan-guns-armed-lawfare-bad-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lawfare<\/a> was used against Trump; this is more lawfare against his supporters, plain and simple.<\/p>\n<p>Krasner&rsquo;s background says it all, as the Heritage Foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heritage.org\/crime-and-justice\/commentary\/meet-larry-krasner-the-rogue-prosecutor-wreaking-havoc-philadelphia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> he received close to $1.45 million from billionaire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-grants-highest-civilian-honor-george-soros-hillary-clinton-final-days-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">George Soros<\/a> &mdash; known for throwing money at any number of radical-left causes in the United States &mdash; for his campaign to be elected the Philadelphia DA.<\/p>\n<p>Krasner does not care about the law. He cares about going after Trump, and he won&rsquo;t let a pardon stand in the way of trying to further ruin the lives of J6ers.<\/p>\n<p>The president issued those pardons to move on from the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Krasner&rsquo;s comments prove the left has not moved on.
