I can&rsquo;t remember another case where the question presented is as clear as this one,&rdquo; the judge declared.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is a blatantly unconstitutional order,&rdquo; he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>The administration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/spanish-language-white-house-page-receives-brutal-update-go-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">policy<\/a> now faces a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">14-day temporary restraining order<\/a> while Coughenour evaluates whether to issue a preliminary injunction.<\/p>\n<p>The order was one of several signed by Trump to handle rampant illegal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-effect-india-agrees-take-back-every-one-citizens-illegally-living-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">immigration<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The document contended that the Fourteenth Amendment, which &ldquo;rightly repudiated the Supreme Court of the United States&rsquo;s shameful decision in <em>Dred Scott v.
