Courts representative Lexi Kriss said.<\/p>\n<p>The Providence Journal meanwhile <a href=\"https:\/\/www.providencejournal.com\/story\/news\/crime\/2025\/01\/23\/dorrance-street-building-the-target-of-providence-fbi-raid-thursday\/77903757007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> that Molina Flynn was the &ldquo;first openly gay person and the first formerly undocumented person to serve on the bench in Central Falls.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Molina Flynn arrived in the United States from Colombia when he was 9 years old.<\/p>\n<p>He followed family members to the United States and overstayed his visitors&rsquo; visa. He became a citizen after 15 years of residence.<\/p>\n<p>Molina Flynn says on his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.molinaflynn.com\/about-us-mofly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a> that his legal practice focuses on &ldquo;crimmigration&rdquo; consulting, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/border-patrol-ice-receive-new-orders-overnight-immigration-policy-changes-dime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">immigration<\/a>, family, and criminal issues.
