was issued on Monday, the <em>Washington Free Beacon <\/em>reported. It meant that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/black-lives-matter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Black Lives Matter<\/a>, LGBT pride flags, or any other ones associated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-survival-guide-for-conservatives-during-the-biden-years\/\" title=\"A Survival Guide for Conservatives During the Biden Years\">left-wing propaganda<\/a> were no longer permitted to fly over U.S. government buildings anywhere in the world. It was the latest act implemented by Trump during a busy first two days to eliminate wokeness from government institutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Starting immediately, only the United States of America flag is authorized to be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestic and abroad, and featured in U.S. government content,&rdquo; the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/trump-administration\/trump-state-department-tells-embassies-and-outposts-only-fly-the-stars-and-stripes\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new policy<\/a> states. &ldquo;The flag of the United States of America united all Americans under the universal principles of justice, liberty, and democracy. These values, which are the bedrock of our great country, are shared by all American citizens, past and present.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The only exceptions to the rule are two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-lawmakers-crack-down-on-chinese-business-operating-near-air-force-base\/\" title=\"Texas Lawmakers Crack Down on Chinese Business Operating Near Air Force Base\">flags related<\/a> to those who served in military combat: the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coons.senate.gov\/news\/press-releases\/senators-coons-rubio-shaheen-and-graham-representatives-stevens-and-hill-celebrate-the-signing-of-their-bill-to-establish-national-hostage-and-wrongful-detainee-day-and-flag\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wrongful Detainees Flag<\/a> and the Prisoner of War\/Missing in Action (POW\/MIA) emblem.<\/p>\n<p>The &ldquo;One Flag Policy&rdquo; also stipulated that any employee who violated it would face severe consequences. These included disciplinary action such as &ldquo;termination of employment or contract, or reassignment to their home agency.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The U.S. flag is a powerful symbol of pride and it is fitting and respectful that only the U.S. flag be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestically and abroad,&rdquo; the &ldquo;One Flag Policy&rdquo; specified.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The &ldquo;One Flag Policy&rdquo; came as the president upheld a campaign promise to rid the government of the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">left-wing politically ideological initiative diversity<\/a>, equity, and inclusion, or DEI. He signed an executive order on Monday to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/3297082\/trump-moves-toward-elimination-of-dei-policies\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">end such policies throughout the federal government<\/a>.
