All DEI-related government web pages must be taken down by the same deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Agencies must compile lists of all DEI offices and workers, then compile a list to execute a &ldquo;reduction-in-force&rdquo; against them. The memo warned that the administration was aware of efforts to &ldquo;disguise&rdquo; DEI programs using &ldquo;coded or imprecise language.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>It also provided a template for the message to send out notifying staffers about the development. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We are taking steps to close all agency DEIA offices and end all DEIA-related contracts in accordance with President Trump&rsquo;s executive orders titled <em>Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs<\/em> and <em>Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions<\/em>,&rdquo; the template read.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination,&rdquo; it added.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It urged staffers to report on disguised agencies, warning that &ldquo;failure to report this information within 10 days may result in adverse consequences.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Trump had repeatedly promised on the campaign trail to end all DEI initiatives in government.
