The order seeks to align governmental\u200d policies with what Trump describes as &#8220;truth&#8221; and \u200cthe public sentiment against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-the-fight-against-critical-race-theory-has-only-just-begun\/\" title=\"GOP: The Fight Against Critical Race Theory Has Only Just Begun\">radical gender ideology<\/a>. This initiative involves\u200d prohibiting federal agencies from endorsing the notion that individuals \u2063can change their\u200d sex, and also curtailing any \u2062actions that woudl infringe upon Frist Amendment rights\u200d related to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-introduces-legislation-similar-to-floridas-so-called-dont-say-gay-bill\/\" title=\"Georgia Introduces Legislation Similar To Florida\u2019s So-Called \u2018Don\u2019t Say Gay Bill\u2019\">gender identity discussions<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>One of incoming President Donald Trump&rsquo;s first orders of business on Inauguration Day will be issuing an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefp.com\/p\/trumps-day-one-executive-order-male-female-gender-ideology-pronouns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">executive order<\/a> declaring that the federal government must recognize and honor that men are men and women are women.<\/p>\n<p>Trump plans to realign the country with truth and the <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/507023\/say-birth-gender-dictate-sports-participation.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">will of the people<\/a> by purging the federal government of any of its accommodations and advances of radical gender ideology. Under the new administration, the departments and agencies running the country are barred from pretending people can switch their sex and prohibited from bypassing the First Amendment to force the Orwellian use of &ldquo;preferred pronouns&rdquo; at jobs and in schools.<\/p>\n<p>The executive overhaul goes even further by specifically seeking to universally recognize a &ldquo;woman&rdquo; as an &ldquo;adult human female.&rdquo; As The Free Press <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefp.com\/p\/trumps-day-one-executive-order-male-female-gender-ideology-pronouns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">exclusively reported<\/a> on Sunday, this change will effectively &ldquo;end the practice of housing men in women&rsquo;s prisons and taxpayer-funded &lsquo;transition&rsquo; for male prisoners&rdquo; and ensure that government-issued IDs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/x-gender-marker-available-on-u-s-passports-starting-april-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">like passports <\/a>&ldquo;will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/conservative-lawmakers-fight-transgender-x-markers-on-identification-documents\/\" title=\"Conservative lawmakers oppose transgender &#039;X&#039; markers on IDs.\">reflect biological reality<\/a> and not self-assessed gender identity.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Radical gender ideology has devastated biological truth and women&rsquo;s safety and opportunity,&rdquo; the executive order will declare. <\/p>\n<p>Trump&rsquo;s action starkly contrasts the declarations and decisions of outgoing President Joe Biden, who routinely used his White House power to muddy the waters on the indisputable differences between the sexes. <\/p>\n<p>On his first day in the White House, Biden issued an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-judge-bans-enforcement-of-biden-100-day-deportation-freeze-indefinitely\/\" title=\"Texas Judge Bans Enforcement Of Biden 100-Day Deportation Freeze \u2018Indefinitely\u2019\">executive order declaring<\/a> his government&rsquo;s commitment to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/01\/20\/executive-order-preventing-and-combating-discrimination-on-basis-of-gender-identity-or-sexual-orientation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">forcing transgenderism on the nation<\/a>. More recently, Biden shirked properly honoring Easter while proudly declaring the sacred Sunday <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/04\/02\/nobody-believes-bidens-transgender-celebration-on-easter-was-a-coincidence\/\">&ldquo;Transgender Day of Visibility:&rdquo;<\/a> a day to celebrate the gender-confused and the sexually explicit agenda that comes with them.<\/p>\n<p>The Democrat no doubt committed the country to transgenderism in performative ways but also tangible ones. It was under his direction that the Department of Education sought to destroy protections for sex-based spaces by <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/04\/19\/biden-admins-title-ix-rewrite-obliterates-female-spaces-free-speech-and-due-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">expanding Title IX to include &ldquo;gender identity.&rdquo;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Biden even tried to pretend a constitutional amendment that failed to obtain ratification by three-fourths of state legislatures was suddenly legitimate. In a last-ditch effort to manipulate the Republic into accepting his LGBT extremism, Biden used a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/01\/17\/biden-attempts-to-change-the-constitution-via-press-release-on-his-way-out\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">press release<\/a> to declare the Equal Rights Amendment, which would explicitly prohibit the government from recognizing the biological distinctions between men and women, the &ldquo;law of the land.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Trump&rsquo;s executive order effectively eradicates the nation of Biden&rsquo;s declarations and decrees by acknowledging that &ldquo;men and women are equal but have obvious sexual differences.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If federal policies promote such an obvious falsehood that men can become women, the government will forfeit all credibility.
