TikTok&nbsp;CEO Shou Zi Chew was expected to speak at the podium as well. X CEO Linda Yaccarino has already attended events in the nation&rsquo;s capital as her company collaborated with Uber to hold an event in the name of &ldquo;the Free Press in D.C.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Later Monday evening, country group Rascal Flatts is scheduled to perform at the Inaugural Ball.
