In President-elect <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/washington-secrets\/3290649\/impeached-to-transformational-trump-compared-to-reagan-and-fdr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Donald Trump,<\/a> it has both a worst and &ldquo;great&rdquo; chief and potentially one of the greatest ever.<\/p>\n<p>Kicked to the curb following two impeachments and a 2020 loss to Biden, Trump has surged in the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/zogbyanalytics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Zogby Analytics<\/a> Presidential Greatness Poll provided exclusively to <em>Secrets<\/em>. Trump is now fifth among the last 15 modern-day presidents, from Franklin Delano Roosevelt on.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3223892\/president-elect-donald-trump-cabinet-picks-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>TRUMP CABINET PICKS: WHO&rsquo;S BEEN TAPPED TO SERVE IN THE PRESIDENT-ELECT&rsquo;S ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adults interviewed by Zogby Analytics gave Trump a 30% &ldquo;great&rdquo; and 17% &ldquo;near great&rdquo; rating for a 47% <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/400-years-later-i-made-new-discoveries-about-the-first-thanksgiving\/\" title=\"400 Years Later, I Made New Discoveries About The First Thanksgiving\">greatness<\/a> score. That was equal to former President Dwight Eisenhower, though Ike&rsquo;s &ldquo;great&rdquo; rating was just 19%.<\/p>\n<p>Former President John F. Kennedy led the pack with a 35% &ldquo;great&rdquo; and 31% &ldquo;near great&rdquo; score for a 66% great rating. He was followed by FDR at 59% great-near great, Ronald Reagan with a 54% great-near great score, and Barack Obama at 50% great-near-great.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><\/figure>\n<p>Biden, meanwhile, ends his presidency at the bottom, below former Presidents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Richard-Nixon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Richard Nixon<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/jimmy-carter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Jimmy Carter<\/a> with a combined 22% great-near great rating. His &ldquo;below average-failure score was 38% and a sizable 38% were not sure.<\/p>\n<p>One thing is for sure, said pollster Jonathan Zogby. Trump is on the move up.<\/p>\n<p>Should he come through on his promises and even out the lopsided partisan support he has, said Zogby, Trump could reach Reagan-levels of greatness.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He is in a sort of honeymoon period, coming off a resounding victory in the election. If he can reverse the damage done under Biden and follow through on reducing consumer prices, crime, and enforce border policies, he&rsquo;ll move into Reagan territory among Republicans and other voting blocs. John F. Kennedy is our top-rated president again. Although he did not serve long and was tragically assassinated, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/poll-42-of-democrats-blame-biden-for-chaotic-evacuation-from-afghanistan\/\" title=\"Poll: 42% Of Democrats Blame Biden For Chaotic Evacuation From Afghanistan\">surveyed adults<\/a> remember him more fondly than FDR.<\/li>\n<li>Reagan is steadily cementing his place as one of the great presidents of the modern era. Large numbers of Democrats and Independents rated him great or near great.<\/li>\n<li>Obama remains popular with surveyed adults but was somewhat eclipsed by the recent passing of President Jimmy Carter, whose numbers improved since our last poll. Obama also had a high failure rating, which was the same as President Nixon. Since our last poll his rating has risen.<\/li>\n<li>Trump was viewed in extreme terms on both ends of the spectrum. Surveyed adults that lean Republican loved him, while those who were Democrats loathed him. Trump&rsquo;s next term will determine if he is remembered as one of the great Republican presidents or a failure.<\/li>\n<li>Biden&rsquo;s rating was horrendous. While he was president, prices spiraled out of control, wages stagnated, and certain parts of the world became more unstable. It is amazing that more did not rate him a failure. In the eyes of some, there is no undoing the damage to his legacy and to Americans.
