Once you have babies, you, therefore, are no longer able to be lethal?<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I mean, you&rsquo;re basically saying, women after they have children can&rsquo;t ever serve in the military in a combat role.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s a silly thing to say.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>No, Kirsten, everything&nbsp;<em>you&nbsp;<\/em>just said is &ldquo;silly.&rdquo; And let&rsquo;s remove Hegseth from this equation &mdash; I don&rsquo;t want to speak for him, and he has <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/townhallcom\/status\/1879205505383719148\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sadly backtracked<\/a> on this sentiment.<\/p>\n<p>This is just a direct look at what the New York Democrat is standing for here.<\/p>\n<p>First, just as an aside, Gillibrand&rsquo;s logic naturally lends itself to women being a part of selective service. That&rsquo;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hysterical-dem-senator-embarrasses-herself-by-screaming-at-pete-hegseth-about-sending-moms-into-combat\/\" title=\"Hysterical Dem Senator Embarrasses Herself by Screaming at Pete Hegseth About Sending Moms Into Combat\">wildly unpopular idea &#038;mdash<\/a>; as it should be &mdash; and yet it&rsquo;s one women like Gillibrand are tacitly arguing for.<\/p>\n<p>Next, Gillibrand is completely misconstruing <em>why&nbsp;<\/em>so many men would rather that mothers not fight in combat roles. It&rsquo;s not an insult towards a mom&rsquo;s physical abilities (there are obviously phenomenal women soldiers who have existed), but instead an acknowledgement of how important mothers are.<\/p>\n<p>Nobody thinks that a woman suddenly loses all of her <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">physical abilities post-birth<\/a>. But rather, most people believe that a woman gains new priorities after becoming a mother.<\/p>\n<p>The reason mothers shouldn&rsquo;t be in combat is simple, and that&rsquo;s because of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/harris-camps-insane-response-vances-asked-child-proofing-questions-vp-residence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">children<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Look, it&rsquo;s not exactly a surprise that a leftist Democrat would want to separate a mother from her child, but it still needs to be called out.<\/p>\n<p>But ultimately, it really just boils down to this: Any nation that willingly sends its women off to die in war has failed deeply as a nation.<\/p>\n<p>God created men and women to be explicitly different, and to serve explicitly different roles &mdash; and that fact does not change whether or not someone can pass rigorous military testing.<\/p>\n<p>(And to be clear, this is not to denigrate any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/americas-rainbow-military-is-on-track-to-lose-another-major-war\/\" title=\"US Military&#039;s Diversity Poses Risk in Future Conflicts\">female military members<\/a>.
