She was promoted to host of &ldquo;PBS NewsHour&rdquo; and also contributed to NBC and MSNBC.<\/p>\n<p>It was pretty obvious Alcindor disliked Trump during his first administration, taking every opportunity to attack him in the press room and in media appearances. But the contrast between how she covered Trump (Basically, how come you&rsquo;re so awful?) vs. her coverage of President Joe Biden (Basically, how come you&rsquo;re so awesome?) made it clear which team&rsquo;s cheerleading uniform she hopes to be fitted for.<\/p>\n<p>The Federalist&rsquo;s Tristan Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/03\/25\/in-first-biden-presser-compliant-corrupt-taxpayer-funded-media-ask-if-hes-just-too-moral-and-decent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a> in 2021 that Alcindor asked Biden if illegal aliens were entering the U.S. without permission because they view Biden as a &ldquo;moral,&rdquo; and &ldquo;decent&rdquo; man.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Find someone who loves you like the media loves &ldquo;moral, decent&rdquo; Joe Biden. What a joke. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/puxNudLzXK\">pic.twitter.com\/puxNudLzXK<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Spencer Brown (@itsSpencerBrown) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/itsSpencerBrown\/status\/1375142099797032960?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 25, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The Federalist has <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/tag\/yamiche-alcindor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">documented<\/a> her inexplicably award-winning career, in which, she keeps &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/05\/04\/failing-upward-pbs-rewards-leftist-mouthpiece-yamiche-alcindor-with-her-own-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">failing upward<\/a>,&rdquo; as The Federalist&rsquo;s Jordan Boyd reported in 2021. <\/p>\n<p>Mollie Hemingway, editor-in-chief of The Federalist, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/03\/30\/media-reaction-to-yamiche-alcindor-dustup-with-trump-shows-why-their-approval-ratings-are-low\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported in 2020<\/a> about how, as everyone was learning how to navigate the COVID pandemic in 2020, Alcindor asked questions that made for a tense press conference. Alcindor intimated that Trump would not be fair to Democrat governors in providing materials to battle COVID. And she cast doubt on Trump&rsquo;s concerns that people forced to abruptly shutter their businesses and quarantine at home may turn to drug use or contemplate suicide.<\/p>\n<p>When she was not in the White House pressroom, Alcindor was on social media smearing Trump, as Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/06\/01\/pbs-reporter-tries-and-fails-to-fact-check-trump-for-claiming-rioters-are-anarchists\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a> for <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/06\/10\/white-house-correspondents-association-grants-prestigious-award-to-woke-activist-reporter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Federalist<\/a> in 2020. Alcindor tried to correct Trump when he described the lawless 2020 rioters, who were looting, blocking traffic, setting fires and destroying buildings, as &ldquo;anarchists.&rdquo; Alcindor <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/06\/02\/media-falsely-claimed-violent-riots-were-peaceful-and-that-tear-gas-was-used-against-rioters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> that &ldquo;peaceful protesters&rdquo; peaceful protesters&rdquo; were &ldquo;teargassed outside the White House so Pres Trump could walk to St. John&rsquo;s Episcopal Church.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&ldquo;These people are anarchists,&rdquo; President Trump says without providing any evidence. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/P7HGwsbKWD\">https:\/\/t.co\/P7HGwsbKWD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Yamiche Alcindor (@Yamiche) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Yamiche\/status\/1267192733535555585?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 31, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>I&rsquo;m home &amp; still processing that I saw peaceful protesters teargassed outside the White House so Pres Trump could walk to St. John&#8217;s Episcopal Church. <\/p>\n<p>Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde, who oversees the church, said she is &ldquo;outraged&rdquo; to see it used in a photo-op.<\/p>\n<p>I&rsquo;m speechless.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&mdash; Yamiche Alcindor (@Yamiche) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Yamiche\/status\/1267634758558928898?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 2, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>She also often fixates on gender and race.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;On the campaign trail, you called yourself a nationalist,&rdquo; Alcindor said to Trump in a November 2018 press conference. &ldquo;Some people saw that as emboldening white nationalists &hellip; There are some people that say that now the Republican Party is seen as supporting white nationalists because of your rhetoric. What do you make of that?&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t know why you say that. It&rsquo;s such a racist question,&rdquo; Trump responded. He explained some people are nationalists and some are globalists, and while he loves the world, he loves this country, and we need to fix problems at home first.<\/p>\n<p>That explanation was ignored. The media took Alcindor&rsquo;s skillfully placed race bait and soon the tasty sound bite featuring Alcindor, that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/if-the-media-had-investigated-cuomos-covid-response-the-way-they-did-cruzs-cancun-trip-thousands-of-new-yorkers-could-still-be-alive\/\" title=\"If The Media Had Investigated Cuomo\u2019s COVID Response The Way They Did Cruz\u2019s Cancun Trip, Thousands Of New Yorkers Could Still Be Alive\">brave reporter<\/a>, was all over the news.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Trump Denies Being Nationalist Is Being Racist,&rdquo; the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZaUhjKzhKAY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Associated Press<\/a> relayed; &ldquo;Trump Says He&rsquo;s Not A Racist. That&rsquo;s Not How White Nationalists See It,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2018\/11\/12\/politics\/white-supremacists-cheer-midterms-trump\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNN<\/a> misinformed; &ldquo;Kellyanne Conway Defends Trump After He Calls Black Reporter&rsquo;s Question &lsquo;Racist,&rsquo;&rdquo; The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/kellyanne-conway-defends-trump-after-he-calls-black-reporters-question-racist\/2018\/11\/07\/c63ba1ee-e2f0-11e8-ab2c-b31dcd53ca6b_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Washington Post<\/a> wrote.<\/p>\n<p>The racist thing is one example of a lie with a shaky foundation that is perpetuated in the media for years. Before long, Alcindor&rsquo;s name and any shred of context was dropped, and the most unsavory news outlets were writing stories that were basically, &ldquo;Trump, Blah Blah Blah, Racist.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>See how that works? One of Alcindor&rsquo;s poorly premised questions is mischaracterized and amplified by the media. Those stories are used as the foundation of fact for other <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">media outlets writing additional news<\/a>, further laundering the information. They ditch the original, faulty source and presented it as fact. <\/p>\n<p>It is so dishonest. And it starts with propagandists like Alcindor. <\/p>\n<p>She is paid in <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/06\/10\/white-house-correspondents-association-grants-prestigious-award-to-woke-activist-reporter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">awards<\/a> from the journalist community and ego boosts when she is invited to share the story of her valiant fight against big bad Donald Trump. <\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>President Trump today at the White House said to me: &ldquo;Be nice. Don&#8217;t be threatening.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>I&rsquo;m not the first human being, woman, black person or journalist to be told that while doing a job. <\/p>\n<p>My take: Be steady. Stay focused.  Remember your purpose.
