Trump said the idea for the documentary came to her after publishing her memoir, simply titled <em>Melania<\/em>. She said it was &ldquo;such a success&rdquo; that she is proud of and heard how her fans wanted to &ldquo;hear more from me&rdquo; after reading the book.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/3279345\/melania-trump-documentary-amazon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Amazon reportedly paid $40 million<\/a> for the rights to the documentary, which Trump and Fernando Sulichin are executive directors of. Brett Ratner is directing the film, which is anticipated to be released globally in theaters and streaming in the second half of 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the Trump family&rsquo;s return to the White House next week, Melania Trump&rsquo;s office announced that Hayley Harrison, a former aide to the first lady, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/3239603\/melania-trump-selects-hayley-harrison-chief-of-staff\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">will serve as her chief of staff<\/a>.
