Rufo &#9876;&#65039; (@realchrisrufo) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realchrisrufo\/status\/1877409595267686586?\">January 9, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> <script type=\"text\/javascript\"> \t\t\tif ( getCookie( \"ff_subbed\" ) ) { \t\t\t\tdocument.getElementById(\"stnvideo\").remove() \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><br \/>  But the first most certainly took a back seat to the second and third, as Los Angeles is now learning the hard way.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, &ldquo;disaster recovery&rdquo; ranked dead last among those seven goals.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve those goals, the described strategies and tactics, which are perhaps even more revealing.<\/p>\n<p>Those tactics, just to name a few, include offering &ldquo;DEI education to all members on a recurring basis,&rdquo; launching a &ldquo;Work Environment Committee with diverse stakeholder voices,&rdquo; training &ldquo;all supervisors to be change agents who model inclusive behavior,&rdquo; and examining &ldquo;whether alternative schedule options would accommodate a broader pool of employees.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the LAFD has not yet realized that making staff members sit through constant racial struggle sessions does not improve its members&rsquo; ability to fight fires.<\/p>\n<p>If anything, doubling down on wokeness at every turn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/new-study-dei-trainings-make-people-see-racism-even-isnt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reduces team cohesion<\/a> while distracting from the mission at hand.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/la-fire-departments-dei-obsession-comes-light-devastating-wildfire-rages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actual priorities<\/a> of the LAFD are evident at the highest levels of the department.<\/p>\n<p>LAFD Chief <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/la-fire-departments-dei-obsession-comes-light-devastating-wildfire-rages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kristin Crowley<\/a> is prominently described on the agency website as the &ldquo;first female and LGBTQ Fire Chief in the LAFD,&rdquo; as revealed by Libs of TikTok on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Meet Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley. She boasts about being the first female and LGBTQ fire chief in the LA Fire Department.
