Kennedy Jr.,a Cabinet\u200d nominee for President-elect Donald Trump,following accusations of voter fraud from the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">left-wing watchdog group<\/a> Accountable.US. The group has filed a complaint with the New York State\u200d Board of\u2064 Elections, alleging that Kennedy improperly registered and voted from a New York\u200c residence. Kennedy Jr.<\/a>, of committing voter fraud.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-paywall\">\n<p>The group <a href=\"http:\/\/accountable.us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Accountable.US<\/a> filed a complaint with the New York State Board of Elections on Tuesday, urging it to investigate concerns that Kennedy registered and voted &ldquo;from a New York residence at which he does not legally reside&rdquo; during the 2024 election.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trump&rsquo;s communications director shot back at the allegations, which were first reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2025\/01\/08\/rfk-voter-ny-accusations-00196984\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><em>Politico<\/em><\/a>, in a statement slamming the &ldquo;completely partisan and politically-motivated&rdquo; complaint.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This &lsquo;watchdog&rsquo; group is run by Obama\/Biden\/Kamala\/Hillary staffers and Democrat donors,&rdquo; Steven Cheung wrote in a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/StevenCheung\/status\/1876977794472718549\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">post<\/a> to X.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Caroline Ciccone, president of Accountable.US, wrote in the complaint, &ldquo;There is demonstrable evidence that Mr. Kennedy illegally voted from an address that is not his residence.&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;By knowingly voting from a residence that several New York courts had already determined was not his legal residence, Mr. Kennedy blatantly violated&rdquo; New York laws, Ciccone said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Robert F. (AP Photo\/Jose Luis Magana)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kennedy is Trump&rsquo;s nominee to head the Department of Health and Human Services, the country&rsquo;s largest federal health agency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During his bid for the presidency last year, Kennedy faced multiple legal skirmishes from left-leaning groups challenging the validity of a New York address he submitted to election authorities to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/why-no-labels-may-have-no-cash-and-no-plan\/\" title=\"No Labels: No Money, No Strategy\">gain ballot access<\/a> in the state. In September, the Supreme Court denied Kenney&rsquo;s appeal to stay on the ballot. The New York home in Katonah is the same one that Accountable.US accused Kennedy of using to allegedly illegally vote in the Empire State.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Kennedy and his allies argued he rented a room in Katonah and said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kamala-harris-condemns-d-c-demonstrators-despite-past-encouragement-of-violent-blm-mobs\/\" title=\"Kamala Harris condemns D.C. demonstrators despite past encouragement of violent BLM mobs\">left-wing activists<\/a> were trying to keep him off the ballot on mere technicalities.
