How the turn tables have &hellip; something.<\/p>\n<p>Now, before this writer gleefully takes a torch to the harlot co-hosts of &ldquo;The View,&rdquo; one thing must be made perfectly clear: In this country, people are innocent until proven guilty.<\/p>\n<p>You wouldn&rsquo;t know that from watching &ldquo;The View,&rdquo; where screeching co-hosts like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/joy-behar-mocks-trump-saying-god-saved-un-christian\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joy Behar<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/whoopi-goldberg-goes-trumps-granddaughter-loses-heartfelt-speech-45-dont-fall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whoopi Goldberg<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/view-co-host-sunny-hostin-reads-rare-double-legal-note-gritted-teeth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">especially<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/view-jumps-shark-sunny-hostin-insults-millions-absurd-jan-6-rant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sunny Hostin<\/a> are all too eager to cast aspersions and guilt on President-elect Donald Trump &mdash; who is perhaps the most frequent target of these harpies &mdash; whether or not the court of law has played its process out.<\/p>\n<p>Just watch this 2023 clip of an utterly delusional Hostin literally saying Trump had committed &ldquo;so many crimes&rdquo;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>as if the allegations were somehow a slam dunk (spoiler alert, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-3-charges-trump-dismissed-fulton-county-judge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">they weren&rsquo;t<\/a>):<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">&ldquo;No one is above the law.&rdquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sunny?\">@Sunny<\/a> Hostin reacts to the indictment of former Pres. You&rsquo;d think a lawyer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/view-co-host-sunny-hostin-reads-rare-double-legal-note-gritted-teeth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">would know better<\/a>, but alas.)<\/p>\n<p>Or how about in 2022 when Hostin basically said Trump was guilty of everything levied against him in terms of the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I heard obstruction of an official proceeding, because he tried to obstruct the Jan. 6 electoral count, and we have him on the phone trying to do it,&rdquo; Hostin said at the time, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/the-view-trump-criminal-charges-january-6-hearings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Wrap<\/a>. &ldquo;Then we also have criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States, to defraud the very American citizens that voted. We have him, again, on the phone as part of a conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;And then just common law fraud! Just common law fraud.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I do think what I heard yesterday was the best case forward against the former president,&rdquo; Hostin added. &ldquo;I heard evidence of criminality, and I thought, my God, this committee is doing the work and laying the groundwork for Merrick Garland&rsquo;s Justice Department. I heard federal crimes.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Well, Hostin should probably get her ears checked because Trump was not convicted of a single crime or felony for Jan. 6.<\/p>\n<p>But you already knew that.<\/p>\n<p>Did you know, however, that Hostin&rsquo;s husband, surgeon Emmanuel Hostin, was recently named in a massive RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) fraud case, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/tvshowbiz\/article-14243993\/The-View-Sunny-Hostin-surgeon-husband-Emmanuel-insurance-fraud-claim.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.K.&rsquo;s Daily Mail<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Emmanuel &lsquo;Manny&rsquo; Hostin is among nearly 200 defendants named in one of the largest RICO cases ever filed in New York,&rdquo; the British outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>It added: &ldquo;He and many of the others are accused or getting kickbacks by performing surgery and fraudulently billing a company that insures taxi companies and Uber and Lyft drivers.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Hostin knowingly provided fraudulent medical and other <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">healthcare services including arthroscopic surgeries<\/a>,&rdquo; the lawsuit read.<\/p>\n<p>And to &mdash; again &mdash; question Sunny Hostin&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-rounds-out-state-department-with-flurry-of-picks-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Trump rounds out State Department with flurry of picks - Washington Examiner\">legal bona fides<\/a>, here&rsquo;s her all but implicating her husband by suggesting that he works on uninsured patients before trying to bilk the insurance company after-the-fact:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Sunny Hostin&rsquo;s husband has been named in a massive insurance fraud RICO case. Who needs facts and the judicial process when you&rsquo;ve got <em>feelings&nbsp;<\/em>and a hunch, right, Sunny?
