AI has been used by law enforcement to catch and identify criminals, while criminals have used it to scam victims or to learn how to build illicit items such as bombs.<\/p>\n<p>AI such as ChatGPT will normally deny a user request to learn how to build a bomb, but a Department of Homeland Security <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2024-10\/24_0927_ia_aep-impact-ai-on-criminal-and-illicit-activities.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">report<\/a> from October 2024 noted that some users have learned to bypass the AI model&rsquo;s ethics restrictions. It&rsquo;s unknown if Livelsberger attempted to do so.<\/p>\n<p>The bomber was a former Green Beret who deployed twice to Afghanistan and was on approved leave when he died. He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/woman-held-captive-for-months-rescued-after-leaving-notes-in-public-restroom\/\" title=\"Woman held captive for months rescued after leaving notes in public restroom\">left notes<\/a> saying the explosion was a stunt meant to be a &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/cybertruck-explosion-trump-hotel-las-vegas-6c85af85255753db497f2cd344fb2ace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">wake-up call<\/a>&rdquo; for the nation&rsquo;s troubles, officials said last week, and also left cellphone notes saying he needed to &ldquo;cleanse&rdquo; his mind &ldquo;of the brothers I&rsquo;ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The explosion killed no bystanders but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/man-explains-why-he-opened-airplane-door-mid-flight\/\" title=\"Man reveals reason for opening airplane door during flight.\">caused minor injuries<\/a> to seven people.
