The promise has stirred speculation of which cases will be dismissed and which will continue under Trump. The attack was captured on the body cameras of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/police\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">police<\/a> officers who were called to the scene. According to the California representative, her husband is still recovering from his injuries.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In total, some 1,600 people were charged for their actions on Jan. 6. Some were simply charged with trespassing, while others faced battery charges for their interactions with Capitol Police that day.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Trump maintains that he &ldquo;didn&rsquo;t do anything wrong&rdquo; but that instead, the&nbsp;House January&nbsp;6 Committee members instigated allegations against him.
