return false;\" title=\"Printer Friendly, PDF &amp; Email\"><span id=\"printfriendly-text2\" class=\"pf-button-text\"><i class=\"mdi mdi-printer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p>David Weiss, the fired Colorado school administrator at the center of a criminal investigation kept secret by authorities, was found dead, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/oregon-governor-encourages-people-to-call-police-on-neighbors-violating-covid-orders\/\" title=\"Oregon Governor Encourages People To Call Police On Neighbors Violating COVID Orders\">county sheriff&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s office finally clarified that he was under investigation for <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">allegedly possessing child pornography materials<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Weiss, the former chief of staff of Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS), was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/colorado\/news\/david-weiss-death-investigation-jeffco-chief-schools-termination-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a> dead by the sheriff&rsquo;s department in Washington County, Maryland, on Jan. 1. An investigation into the circumstances of his death remains underway. The sheriff&rsquo;s office <a href=\"https:\/\/www.9news.com\/article\/news\/local\/fired-jeffco-administrator-found-dead\/73-00e0dba6-ddb1-4c61-9e70-e349e33b87f0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> he &ldquo;was found dead around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday morning&rdquo; and his death is believed to be a suicide. At the time of his death, Weiss was reportedly away from his Colorado home visiting family in Maryland.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1382688807\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Weiss was fired last month under unknown circumstances, and parents in the county sought clarification from the school district about why he had suddenly been fired and a criminal investigation opened. The school district <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/colorado\/news\/colorado-parents-jeffco-chief-schools-david-weiss-termination-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refused<\/a> to answer their questions, with multiple parents telling CBS News that the district terminated Weiss abruptly and without explanation, leading to a &ldquo;lack of trust&rdquo; in the school administrators.<\/p>\n<p>Upon Weiss&rsquo;s death, the Jefferson County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department finally disclosed that the investigation was into possession of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-abc-investigative-journalist-faces-minimum-5-years-in-prison-in-child-pornography-case\/\" title=\"Ex-ABC Journalist Faces 5+ Years in Child Porn Case\">child pornography material<\/a>. According to CBS, the criminal investigation is still ongoing, despite Weiss&rsquo;s death.<\/p>\n<p>The school district has been rocked by controversy for the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/28\/emails-show-colorado-district-lying-about-furries-in-schools-to-smear-parents-gop-gubernatorial-candidate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">past several years<\/a>. In 2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpr.org\/2025\/01\/02\/jeffco-school-official-dies-amid-investigation-into-child-porn-possession\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">multip<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpr.org\/2025\/01\/02\/jeffco-school-official-dies-amid-investigation-into-child-porn-possession\/\">le<\/a> members of school staff were arrested for sexual assault on children. One such staff member, a social worker named Chloe Castro, <a href=\"https:\/\/gazette.com\/opinion\/trusted-adult-or-culture-of-secrecy-jimmy-sengenberger\/article_fb479af4-a064-11ef-9839-8bae78e8683f.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">allegedly<\/a> &ldquo;groomed her victim,&rdquo; a 14-year-old boy, according to prosecutor Alexa Visscher.<\/p>\n<p>JCSP is also fully captured by gender theory, and is currently at the center of a federal lawsuit over it forcing an 11-year-old girl to sleep in the same bed with a boy who claimed to identify as a girl at an overnight field trip to Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Requests from the girl&rsquo;s parents, Joe and Serena Wailes, to change the accommodations were repeatedly denied, <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedia.org\/press-release\/adf-sues-school-district-behalf-co-families-violating-parents-rights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according<\/a> to the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the law firm representing two sets of parents in the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>The other parents, Bret and Susanne Roller, had an 11-year-old son attend an overnight field trip in the mountains, where he was supposed to room with numerous other boys in a cabin overseen by a high school counselor. Instead of having a high school male, the Rollers&rsquo; son was assigned to a room with an 18-year-old who claimed to be a &ldquo;non-binary&rdquo; female. The adult female proceeded to sleep and change her clothes in the cabin, and had direct oversight over the boys&rsquo; showers, according to ADF.<\/p>\n<p>JCPS did not respond to a request for comment from The Federalist.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<div class=\"article-author-description fst-italic\">      Breccan F.
