In the three days leading up to Jan. 6 when lawmakers will vote on the election results, protesters are planning to convince them to give the election to Trump&rsquo;s opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, who garnered fewer votes in 45 states and Washington, D.C., than her predecessor, President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/nowmarch.org\/\" title=\"\">movement<\/a>, called 14th Now, is named after the third section of the 14th Amendment, which prohibits those who &ldquo;have engaged in insurrection or rebellion&rdquo; from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ben-shapiro-responds-to-fbi-raiding-mar-a-lago-addresses-claims-trump-could-be-barred-from-office\/\" title=\"Ben Shapiro Responds To FBI Raiding Mar-A-Lago; Addresses Claims Trump Could Be Barred From Office\">holding political office<\/a>. Earlier this year, the Supreme Court ruled in Trump&rsquo;s favor in determining that Trump had not violated this amendment in his actions on Jan. 6, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Congress! Honor your oath to the 14th amendment,&rdquo; one downloadable sign reads. &ldquo;Say no to a disqualified, adjudicated insurrectionist.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Protesters will gather near the southwest side of Union Station the first day, at the Supreme Court steps the second day, and between the Capitol and the Supreme Court on the final day, just before the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-j6-show-trial-is-lying-about-election-fraud\/\" title=\"The J6 Show Trial Is Lying About Election \u2018Fraud\u2019\">certification vote<\/a>.
