Trump told supporters, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/09\/24\/trump-credit-card-interest-cap-election-harris.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We can&rsquo;t let them make 25% and 30%,&rdquo;
