Those three had all engaged in either terrorism or what the White House statement called &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-leaves-three-men-on-death-row-after-saying-country-must-stop-executions-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Biden leaves three men on death row after saying country must \u2018stop\u2019 executions - Washington Examiner\">hate-motivated mass murder<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>By &ldquo;hate-motivated mass murder,&rdquo; the White House meant murderers who target victims based on skin color or another group characteristic.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, Biden unilaterally decided which murderers deserved mercy and which did not, and he did so by using the only criterion that matters to race-obsessed leftists.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, every reasonable person must conclude that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cover-bidens-mental-decline-went-even-deeper-previously-thought-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cognitively impaired<\/a> president lacks the capacity to make such decisions.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Joe Biden certainly has no convictions,&rdquo; Danny Jenkins said. &ldquo;He&rsquo;s a senile old man.
