The athletic association&rsquo;s president, Charlie Baker, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3263157\/josh-hawley-grills-ncaa-president-indefensible-policy-female-sports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"testified to Congress\">testified to Congress<\/a> earlier this month that he is personally aware of fewer than ten transgender athletes within that pool.<\/p>\n<p>Paxton is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/congressional\/3268288\/paxton-tease-primary-cornyn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"considering\">considering<\/a> a primary challenge against Sen.
