A San Diego judge approved the order Tuesday, which requires Paffendorf to surrender any firearms and ammunition and prohibits him from getting more.<\/p>\n<p>After the judge signed the order, Paffendorf&rsquo;s neighbors in California saw more than a dozen police cars enter his apartment complex, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs8.com\/article\/news\/local\/carlsbad-man-detained-for-plotting-mass-shooting-in-wisconsin-school-shooter\/509-fc2891a1-b4dd-496a-8608-314c7d4f4fbd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">according<\/a> to CBS 8, which originally reported his detainment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They had their full guns out all over the street,&rdquo; neighbor Alex Gallegos told the outlet. &ldquo;There were cop cars.
