&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/video\/6365955198112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Faulkner Focus<\/a>&rdquo; on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Melham said the Office of Emergency Management had briefed him just prior to his interview with Harris Faulkner.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We now have guidance coming from the state, and the guidance does say two different things,&rdquo;
