Brad Hoylman-Sigal is leading the effort, rebranding the bill as the Registry for Keeping Justified Records Act, also known as the RFK Jr. Act. Kennedy, Jr. taking the helm of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and dictating vaccine policy at the federal level,&rdquo; Hoylman-Sigal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/newsletters\/new-york-playbook\/2024\/12\/13\/security-worries-00194193?nname=new-york-playbook&amp;nid=0000014f-1646-d88f-a1cf-5f46b74f0000&amp;nrid=f30a4edf-4720-44be-853f-499f03445417&amp;nlid=630317\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">told<\/a> <em>Politico<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy has strong connections to the state of New York. He worked in New York City as an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/calif-da-blasts-gov-newsom-for-not-stopping-release-of-convicted-killer\/\" title=\"Calif. DA blasts Gov.
