John Fetterman.<\/p>\n<p>Along with questions about President Joe Biden&rsquo;s pardon of his son, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/judge-hunter-biden-case-shreds-joe-biden-pardon-claims-says-president-attempting-rewrite-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter Biden<\/a> on Sunday and &mdash; to put it broadly &mdash; matters relating to the Middle East, Hostin decided to go back to Election Night with a question that shows she&rsquo;s learned nothing a month after the fact.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DupQ2ePhE7Q?si=AxxKRNS5SKebtHh2&amp;start=400\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Since Trump&rsquo;s win, there&rsquo;s been a lot of soul searching on the Democratic side, people needing answers on what went wrong,&rdquo; Hostin told him.<\/p>\n<p> <script type=\"text\/javascript\"> \t\t\tif ( getCookie( \"ff_subbed\" ) ) { \t\t\t\tdocument.getElementById(\"stnvideo\").remove() \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Do you think that is helpful and do you think there should also be some soul searching on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/democratic-voters-show-want-run-2028-republicans-thrilled\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Republican<\/a> side, who need to analyze why they would nominate a convicted felon who ran on lies, threats of retribution, and concepts of a plan?&rdquo; she asked him.<\/p>\n<p>For any consistent watcher of &ldquo;The View&rdquo; &mdash; if those even exist &mdash; this rhetorical tool by Hostin is utilized frequently in her questioning of guests.<\/p>\n<p>She will say something totally outrageous and out of left field but with a tone that suggests the substance of the question presents the most commonly accepted outlook on the issue at hand.<\/p>\n<p>The reader might also just say she loves <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logicalfallacies.org\/loaded-question.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">loaded questions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-john-fetterman-gives-view-co-hosts-reality-check-trumps-politically-motivated-conviction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fetterman<\/a> gives pause only to shake his head and respond, &ldquo;I haven&rsquo;t spent any time after the election freaking out,&rdquo; he told her following up with a retort.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;That&rsquo;s the way democracy works,&rdquo; he shot back.<\/p>\n<p>When Fetterman &mdash; someone Americans were concerned was cognitively impaired beyond being able to fulfill the duties of his office since his election in 2023 &mdash; is taking Hostin to school, you know it&rsquo;s bad.<\/p>\n<p>Trump won and so did Republicans that night.
