He was banned under Twitter&rsquo;s previous ownership before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Elon-Musk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Elon Musk<\/a> reinstated his account.<\/p>\n<p>He posted his mugshot on his X account along with a post that said, &ldquo;Free me n***a.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Fuentes had a dinner with Donald Trump that was highly publicized and stirred controversy. <\/p>\n<p>Trump suggested he did not mean to dine with Fuentes, but had a dinner with rapper Ye (formerly Kanye West) scheduled and he brought Fuentes. He said he didn&rsquo;t know who Fuentes was.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Democrats used the dinner to smear Trump, saying for any other political party, such an act would be &ldquo;instantly disqualifying.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Fuentes aligned with Trump more closely than Vice President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/Kamala-Harris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Kamala Harris<\/a> in the 2024 election but did not endorse him.
