But I &mdash; I &mdash; you know, while you ask me that, what they&rsquo;ve done to me with weaponization is a disgrace.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3220431\/how-elon-musk-helped-trump-back-to-white-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>HOW ELON MUSK HELPED WILL TRUMP BACK TO THE WHITE HOUSE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A fellow member of Trump&rsquo;s administration Mike Huckabee, soon to be the ambassador to Israel, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/3253596\/huckabee-trump-doesnt-need-bidens-pardon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"agreed\">agreed<\/a> that &ldquo;the law is on his side&rdquo; and Trump will not need any extrajudicial help in pursuing acquittals. While some have suggested that President Joe Biden should pardon Trump, Huckabee disagreed and suggested Trump will prevail in the courts.<\/p>\n<p>Smith&nbsp;had attempted to speed up his cases against Trump and go to trial before this month&rsquo;s election. These cases, even though they occurred at the end of Trump&rsquo;s first term in 2020, weren&rsquo;t brought to light until after Trump announced his reelection campaign.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trump is still convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Judge Juan Merchan opted to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3238866\/judge-indefinitely-postpones-trump-new-york-sentencing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">indefinitely postpone<\/a>&nbsp;his sentencing since he won the Oval Office.<\/p>\n<p>A Supreme Court ruling granting Trump some&nbsp;presidential&nbsp;immunity&nbsp;prompted Trump&rsquo;s lawyers to call to dismiss the case of election interference against him in Georgia. Their filing has yet to be ruled on by the Court of Appeals.
