Vitello is a 23-year veteran of ICE and served as the assistant director of the Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs.<\/p>\n<p>Salisbury serves as the special agent in charge for ICE and is expected to work under Stephen Miller in the new role.<\/p>\n<p>Trump also made a major foreign policy move, nominating former Georgia Sen. David Perdue to be his ambassador to China. Perdue served one term in the Senate before losing to Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) in a 2021 runoff.
