People can say, &lsquo;Why are you doing that?&rsquo; That&rsquo;s what presidents do every time,&rdquo; Goldberg argued Monday. &ldquo;They do it every time. They pardon somebody. After a 5 year investigation, the facts as discovered only made that clear,&rdquo; Holder <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/EricHolder\/status\/1863389327310692525\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"wrote\">wrote<\/a> on X.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Less than &mdash; get this &mdash; 0.09% of people are prosecuted &mdash; indicted, prosecuted, charged, and found guilty of lying on a gun form. The only reason that Hunter Biden was gone after and charged, indicted, and found guilty was because his name wasn&rsquo;t Joe Smith,&rdquo; Hostin said.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It was Hunter Biden, and that&rsquo;s the truth of it. You have got Eric Holder saying it. You&rsquo;ve got former prosecutors like myself saying it,&rdquo; she added.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He&rsquo;s the president, the sitting president, and he can do whatever he wants to. &hellip; What&rsquo;s good for the goose is good for the gander.
