The site also stated that he stands about 6&rsquo;1&Prime; tall and weighs around 125 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>A woman reading the article believed she recognized the man as her missing brother and contacted the Lassen County Sheriff&rsquo;s Office, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lassennews.com\/a-lassen-county-sheriffs-deputy-helps-local-woman-locate-her-brother-whos-been-missing-for-25-years\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lassen County Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The woman&rsquo;s brother went missing in 1999 in Doyle, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/outcry-erupts-california-prepares-release-pillowcase-rapist-terrorized-dozens-women\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">California<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Derek Kennemore took the call, but he was unable to find the man at the original hospital.<\/p>\n<p>With a little investigating, he discovered the man had been moved to another facility in July.
