They did it because they&rsquo;re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/left-wing-groups-are-destroying-themselves-from-within-over-wokeness\/\" title=\"Left-wing Groups are Destroying Themselves From Within Over Wokeness\">left-wing activists masquerading<\/a> as journalists. They did it because they lack principles,&rdquo; Dillon wrote.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They did it because they&rsquo;re vindictive bullies who&rsquo;ve admitted their aim is to &lsquo;completely destroy&rsquo; individuals and organizations they disagree with by making them pay a steep price for speaking freely.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As a public figure, I&rsquo;ve been attacked many times. It comes with the territory, and I accept that. What I won&rsquo;t accept is the doxxing and smearing of our staff because they said some things the SPLC doesn&rsquo;t like.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The non-satire arm of the Bee later put out <a href=\"https:\/\/notthebee.com\/article\/southern-poverty-law-center-calls-us-hateful-admits-its-dox-and-smear-campaign-was-an-attempt-at-censorship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an article<\/a> detailing the doxing.<\/p>\n<p>According to that article, published Nov. 20, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/splc-changed-black-separatist-listings-born-valid-anger-whites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SPLC<\/a> &ldquo;revealed the names, family relationships, and locations&rdquo; of the targeted writers.<\/p>\n<p>In comments sent to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/politics\/elections\/2024\/11\/19\/elon-musk-southern-poverty-law-center\/76433810007\/?taid=673d57c830a1c700018e2497&amp;utm_campaign=trueanthem&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USA Today<\/a>, the so<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">-called civil rights organization revealed<\/a> its motivation for going after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/christian-baker-jack-phillips-emerges-victorious-12-year-court-saga-says-strengthened-faith\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conservative Christian<\/a>&nbsp;site&rsquo;s employees.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The SPLC is committed to transparency and is dedicated to protecting the safety of trans and genderqueer individuals when they are publicly attacked,&rdquo; the SPLC said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Hateful content like the material created by Not the Bee writers works to dehumanize transgender individuals, the entire LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities, and people of color.
