That number is based on the cost to victims, a price list developed by the National Institute of Justice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3222249\/how-kamala-harris-plowed-through-1-billion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><strong>HOW KAMALA HARRIS PLOWED THROUGH $1 BILLION<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Crime Prevention Research Center President John R. Lott Jr., who did the analysis for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearinvestigations.com\/articles\/2024\/11\/25\/illegal_migrants_less_likely_to_commit_crime_guess_again_1074276.html\" title=\"\">Real Clear Investigations,<\/a> said the cost was based on just one of the crimes &ldquo;each of the 662,566 &lsquo;non-detained&rsquo; noncitizen offenders on ICE&rsquo;s list&rdquo; has been previously accused of.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Murders account for almost $153.8 billion of the $166.5 billion in estimated criminal victimization costs. Another $6 billion involves <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sexual-consent-app-idea-draws-criticism-in-australia\/\" title=\"Sexual Consent App Idea Draws Criticism In Australia\">sexual assaults<\/a>\/offenses, and an additional $5.2 billion comes from sexual assaults and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nc-dem-senate-hopeful-backs-bill-enfranchising-violent-felons\/\" title=\"NC Dem Senate Hopeful Backs Bill Enfranchising Violent Felons\">sexual offenses<\/a>,&rdquo; he wrote.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Half of the crimes these non<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">-detained individuals commit don&#038;rsquo<\/a>;t have cost estimates.
