The benefits and harms of any treatment must be carefully considered in order to prescribe the safest, most effective course of action for a patient. While the FDA and CDC continue to extol the benefits of the Covid vaccines, they have ignored a growing body of evidence that these products can also be harmful. The code of medical ethics demands a transparent and balanced accounting of their impact on the American people. Only then can we set the best course for healthcare policy and future pandemics.<\/p>\n<p>An honest accounting begins with clinical trials, supposedly &ldquo;the most rigorous in history.&rdquo; Pfizer&rsquo;s own legal arguments suggest otherwise. Responding to a whistleblower lawsuit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/375\/bmj.n2635\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alleging<\/a>&nbsp;major deviations from protocol, Pfizer&rsquo;s lawyers&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bailiwicknewsarchives.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/10\/2022.04.22-pfizer-motion-to-dismiss.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted<\/a>&nbsp;that the company&rsquo;s &ldquo;Other Transactions Authority&rdquo; agreement (<a href=\"https:\/\/aaf.dau.edu\/aaf\/contracting-cone\/ot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OTA<\/a>) with the Pentagon didn&rsquo;t require clinical trials to comply with FDA regulations because the vaccine was a military&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.darpa.mil\/attachments\/ADEPTVignetteFINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prototype<\/a>&nbsp;for &ldquo;medical countermeasures.&rdquo; This agreement allowed Pfizer to &ldquo;grade its own homework,&rdquo; so to speak &mdash; a point&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bailiwicknewsarchives.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/10\/2022.10.04-jackson-v.-ventavia-us-gov-intervene.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">emphasized<\/a>&nbsp;by DOJ lawyers in a separate filing in Pfizer&rsquo;s support.<\/p>\n<p>The FDA intended to keep Pfizer&rsquo;s data&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/news.bloomberglaw.com\/health-law-and-business\/why-a-judge-ordered-fda-to-release-covid-19-vaccine-data-pronto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hidden for 75 years<\/a>, but attorney Aaron Siri&rsquo;s FOIA lawsuit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/government\/paramount-importance-judge-orders-fda-hasten-release-pfizer-vaccine-docs-2022-01-07\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">forced the agency to release them<\/a>. Naomi Wolf&rsquo;s DailyClout led 3,250 volunteer experts in analyzing more than 450,000 pages of internal Pfizer documents and uncovered massive harms ignored by the FDA, detailed in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pfizer-%20Papers-Pfizers-Against-Humanity\/dp\/1648210376\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>The Pfizer Papers: Pfizer&rsquo;s Crimes Against Humanity<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This effort revealed 1,233 deaths in the first three months of the vaccine rollout, and a litany of injuries: &ldquo;industrial-scale blood diseases: blood clots, lung clots, leg clots; thrombotic thrombocytopenia, a clotting disease of the blood vessels; vasculitis, dementias, tremors, Parkinson&rsquo;s, Alzheimer&rsquo;s, epilepsies.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>These harms are echoed by data from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0264410X22015456?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V-safe<\/a>, a smartphone-based tool created by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aaronsiri.substack.com\/p\/v-safe-part-7-cdc-deceived-the-public\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the CDC<\/a>. Among 10.1 million registered V-safe users, 7.7 percent&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aaronsiri.substack.com\/p\/v-safe-part-6-a-first-look-at-what\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;side effects so serious they were compelled to seek medical care, many more than once.<\/p>\n<p>The main culprit is the Covid spike protein encoded in the vaccine&rsquo;s mRNA technology. This protein is an antigen, or foreign immunogenic substance, located on the outer coat of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, that triggers an immune response. The mRNA in the shots instructs the body&rsquo;s cells to produce identical spike proteins, inducing the immune system to create antibodies that bind to them, theoretically protecting vaccinated individuals against the virus. Unfortunately, this plan has a fatal flaw: The spike itself is toxic and potentially deadly.<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds of peer-reviewed articles have&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1422-0067\/23\/18\/10881\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">demonstrated<\/a>&nbsp;the spike&rsquo;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2076-2607\/11\/5\/1308\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">potential for harm<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2227-9059\/11\/8\/2287\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">independent<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cell.com\/trends\/molecular-medicine\/fulltext\/S1471-4914(22)00103-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">of the rest of the virus<\/a>. Potential complications include myocarditis, blood clots, neurological injuries, and immune dysfunction. Pfizer&rsquo;s own pre-market biodistribution studies show that vaccine components&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-hhs-fda-pfizer-biontech-vaccine-prod-3-02418\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leave<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ema.europa.eu\/en\/documents\/assessment-report\/comirnaty-epar-public-assessment-report_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the injection site<\/a>&nbsp;in the arm and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.docdroid.net\/xq0Z8B0\/pfizer-report-japanese-government-pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">penetrate<\/a>&nbsp;every major organ system within hours, where mRNA can&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1111\/apm.13294\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">linger for weeks<\/a>, forcing cells to churn out more and more of the toxic spike protein, which can&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0092867422000769\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">persist<\/a>&nbsp;for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1422-0067\/23\/13\/6940\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">months<\/a>. There is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cell.com\/trends\/molecular-medicine\/fulltext\/S1471-4914(22)00189-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">no way to predict<\/a>&nbsp;how much spike protein the mRNA injections will produce in any individual, and there is no &ldquo;off switch.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>According to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/stacks.cdc.gov\/view\/cdc\/118999\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDC<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/nchs\/data\/vsrr\/vsrr031.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">figures<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/mmwr\/volumes\/73\/wr\/mm7331a1.htm?s_cid=mm7331a1_w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">analyzed<\/a>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Toxic-Shot-Facing-Dangers-Vaccines\/dp\/B0D8FZC157\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Toxic Shot: Facing the Dangers of the COVID &ldquo;Vaccines,&rdquo;<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em>from 2021-2023 the U.S. suffered 600,000 excess deaths not associated with Covid. Furthermore, Bureau of Labor Statistics data reveal two million Americans became&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fred.stlouisfed.org\/series\/LNU00074597\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">newly<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fred.stlouisfed.org\/series\/LNU01074597\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">disabled<\/a>, with unusual excesses in historically low-risk groups.<\/p>\n<p>These trends coincided with mass Covid vaccination, including an unaccountable 59 percent surge in deaths among Americans ages 15-44 in the third quarter of 2021 compared to 2019. Crucially Covid contributed only part of this excess mortality: in that quarter the U.S. suffered around 201,000 excess deaths, with Covid officially accounting for 123,000, leaving&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/nchs\/nvss\/vsrr\/covid19\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">78,000 excess deaths<\/a>&nbsp;&mdash; 39 percent of the total &mdash; still  unexplained. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/web\/products-eurostat-news\/w\/DDN-20230217-%201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Similar<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/health-64209221\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">figures<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifo.de\/en\/press-release\/2023-01-20\/180000-more-people-died-normally-expected-germany-during-covid-years\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">from<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/politique-societe\/societe\/en-2022-la-surmortalite-en-france-a-ete-plus-elevee-que-pendant-la-pandemie-1949597\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">abroad<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.com.au\/lifestyle\/health\/health-problems\/thousands-more-aussies-dying-as-excess-deaths-rise\/news-story\/2e6d46659884d19d9a8d27c52808cf61\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">underscore<\/a>&nbsp;a tragic loss of life among healthy people at minimal serious risk from the virus.<\/p>\n<p>It could get worse.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/media\/151707\/download\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">No<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tga.gov.au\/sites\/default\/files\/auspar-bnt162b2-mrna-210125-pi.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carcinogenicity<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ema.europa.eu\/en\/documents\/assessment-report\/comirnaty-epar-public-assessment-report_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studies<\/a>&nbsp;were performed on the injections prior to their launch, thus long-term cancer risks are essentially unknown. The spike protein also appears prone to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2076-2607\/10\/2\/280\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prion-like<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/misfolded-spike-protein-could-explain-complicated-covid-19-symptoms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">misfolding<\/a>, raising the specter of potential&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0006291X2100499X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neurodegenerative<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/jacs.2c03925\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">disorders<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Medical ethics demand a balanced approach to every intervention, weighing potential benefits against potential harms. However, in the case of the Covid vaccines, federal agencies have chosen only to proclaim benefits.
