This time, she was very wrong, Trump won by a margin well into the double digits, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=14ZDsX2ThHk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pollster retired<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Also, Trump won all six swing states and a seventh, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/clickbait-news-network-cnn-gushes-kamala-article-touting-trump-support-nevada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nevada<\/a>, that was supposed to lean Harris but didn&rsquo;t really matter in the electoral math. Nice work!<\/p>\n<p>Granted, Clinton may be seen as a dinosaur in the new Democrat world. I had the feeling all along&hellip;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/bBKulXb8vX\">pic.twitter.com\/bBKulXb8vX<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EricLDaugh\/status\/1860883006027595814?\">November 25, 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Capehart, ever putting the noble spin on things, reminded Clinton he had written &ldquo;our oldest demons are patient ones, always eager to manifest themselves in new clothes&rdquo; and that, for liberals, &ldquo;so many of our victories have to be refought and won again and again.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Clinton &mdash; who wasn&rsquo;t exactly doffing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/nfl-star-wore-maga-hat-field-calmly-takes-victory-lap-reporters-pester-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MAGA cap<\/a> at any point in this interview, mind you &mdash; wasn&rsquo;t letting Capehart off with that explanation so easily.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This time, there is no question that he won both the popular vote and the Electoral College,&rdquo; he said, before rehashing the 2016 split between the popular and electoral vote between his wife and Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, he noted, &ldquo;There&rsquo;s been a lot of change for people to digest. A lot of economic adversity and upheaval. A lot of social developments.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If you think about it, some of the votes that happened in the last election were people who were just exhausted by uncertainty and tired of carrying it around. Economic adversity is a very nice way of saying inflation and spiraling housing prices, combined with supply chain snags and an up-and-down economy, proved the Biden-Harris economic program didn&rsquo;t work.<\/p>\n<p>When you hear &ldquo;a lot of social developments,&rdquo; meanwhile, think wokeness. Think of the embrace of every cause that even Ralph Nader would have blanched at in 2000.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Exhausted by uncertainty?&rdquo; A president who might not know who he is from moment to moment fits the bill, I would say &mdash; and that&rsquo;s&nbsp;<em>before<\/em> he had to be replaced on the presidential ticket by a woman who couldn&rsquo;t get through an interview without freezing &mdash; when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kamala-asked-point-blank-biden-agenda-hasnt-accomplished-4-years-circular-word-salad-ensues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">such interviews were even&nbsp;<em>allowed<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, Harris people couldn&rsquo;t be more upbeat. Joy and vibes! But also, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/months-saying-democracy-dies-trump-wins-kamala-confirms-lie-admitting-going-ok\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump is Hitler<\/a>. And they had the get-out-the-vote effort! They had millions upon millions to lavish upon Oprah and &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-oprah-pressed-claims-kamala-harris-campaign-paid-1m-political-endorsement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Call Her Daddy<\/a>&rdquo; appearances.
