You knew that going into the meeting,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Pennsylvania Supreme Court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/election-integrity-win-swing-state-supreme-court-drops-huge-ruling-making-top-democrats-loss-even-worse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruled<\/a> before the election that mail-in ballots lacking signatures and dates should not be included in the official results.<\/p>\n<p>The Court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/election-integrity-win-swing-state-supreme-court-drops-huge-ruling-making-top-democrats-loss-even-worse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reaffirmed<\/a> that decision Monday, specifically directing Bucks County, along with nearby Montgomery County and Philadelphia County, to follow the law. Officials in those counties had been ignoring it.<\/p>\n<p>Bucks and Montgomery counties are located adjacent to Philadelphia County, which is the most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wesa.fm\/politics-government\/2024-09-27\/pa-voter-registration-democratic-republican-counties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heavily Democratic<\/a> part of the state.<\/p>\n<p>Presler then said directly to Ellis-Marseglia, &ldquo;I have a message: Peacefully, peacefully, we are coming for your seat in 2027, if you don&rsquo;t resign today.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;And Commissioner [Bob] Harvie, this goes for you, too.
