(AP Photo\/Wong Maye-E)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It&rsquo;s the fourth animal exchange between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/russia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Russia<\/a> and North Korea this year.
