To meet eligibility requirements, beneficiaries must be partially blind or have a &ldquo;physical or mental condition(s) that seriously limits their daily activities for 12 months or more or may be expected to result in death.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The amount received depends on the number of <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">retirees filing<\/a>. Inflation has caused these amounts to increase by 3.2% since last year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>SSI disability payments and regular Social Security benefits are not connected.
