All Living Former Secretaries of Defense Warn Trump Over Election Fight\">incoming administration<\/a> will declare a national emergency to carry out mass deportations of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/illegal-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">illegal immigrants<\/a>, which will include using military resources. In previewing the administration&rsquo;s deportation plans, Homan revealed the three tiers that will guide these deportations, the first being removing those who are national security threats and the second being securing the border.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The third rail is we got over 300,000 missing children,&rdquo; Homan said on Fox News&rsquo;s <em>America Reports<\/em>. &ldquo;Over half a million children have been trafficked into the United States. This administration released them to unvetted sponsors, and they can&rsquo;t find 300,000. And based on 3 1\/2 decades, some of these children are in forced labor. We already found some in forced labor, some of them are in for sex trafficking, some of them are with pedophiles. We need to save these children. As such, the next Trump administration will &ldquo;take the handcuffs off&rdquo; of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to allow the agency to secure the country.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Homan stated that part of the goal in the Trump administration&rsquo;s focus on clamping down on illegal immigration is to &ldquo;finish the job we started&rdquo; in the first term, contending the U.S. had a &ldquo;45-year low&rdquo; on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democrats-recruiting-gop-senators-for-amnesty-deal\/\" title=\"Democrats Recruiting GOP Senators for Amnesty Deal\">illegal border crossings<\/a> under Trump&rsquo;s watch. Another goal for Trump is to finish the construction of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/border-wall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">the border wall<\/a>, stating the wall worked wherever it was built.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Last week, Homan informed government officials opposed to the incoming Trump administration&rsquo;s plans for mass deportations to &ldquo;get the hell out of the way.&rdquo; Several Democratic officials, including Gov. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/immigration\/3230574\/jb-pritzker-protect-illegal-immigrants-deportations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">J.B.
