The only question is the size <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/republicans-flip-third-senate-seat-ousting-three-term-democrat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">of their majority<\/a>. With counting going on still in three states, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/2024-election\/house-senate-uncalled-races-election-2024-vote-counting-rcna178604\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The New York Times<\/a> reported Friday, the GOP has 52 seats.<\/p>\n<p>However, The Associated Press has called the Pennsylvania Senate race in favor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/major-upset-gops-david-mccormick-defeats-pennsylvania-democratic-sen-bob-casey-making-trumps-win-even-bigger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Republican Dave McCormick<\/a>, so that majority is likely 53 seats.<\/p>\n<p>The Senate races in Arizona and Nevada are still out, but leaning Democratic, according to the Times.<\/p>\n<p>In the House, as <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/house\/4980660-house-control-remains-undecided\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a> reported Saturday, there are not enough official results yet, but Republicans appear to be on track to maintain control, meaning House <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mike-johnson-sets-record-straight-little-secret-trump-says-already-big-impact-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Speaker Mike Johnson<\/a> would keep the gavel.<\/p>\n<p>If that holds, it means Trump&rsquo;s victory on Tuesday has put Republicans in charge of the White House and Congress.<\/p>\n<p>And Enten&rsquo;s social media followers got the message:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Instead of democrats looking inward and asking why this happened and what went wrong, they&rsquo;re blaming everyone around them.
