I promise you that.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Davis is the founder of the Article III Project, a group which pushes for the nominations of conservative judges. His name has been floated around as being either Attorney General or White House counsel in Trump&rsquo;s second term.<\/p>\n<p>Davis&rsquo;s remarks come after James&rsquo;s remarks press conference addressing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/2024-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">election results<\/a>. She said her office is &ldquo;prepared to fight back once again&rdquo; pointing to how in the she has used the rule of law to fight back.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result,&rdquo; James said.  &ldquo;And my office has been preparing for several months because we&rsquo;ve been here before. We faced this challenge before, and we used the rule of law to fight back.
