Republicans have won at least 210 seats, and Democrats have won 198.<\/p>\n<p>To maintain their current five-seat majority, Republicans would need to win at least 10 of the 22 seats that are considered &ldquo;toss-ups,&rdquo; in addition to defending the 208 seats that are rated as &ldquo;likely&rdquo; or &ldquo;lean Republican.&rdquo; Republicans have already lost three seats in New York and one in Alabama.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Democrats need only to have a net gain of four seats to win the majority. They have already lost six seats: three in North Carolina, two in Pennsylvania, and one in Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the handful of seats that have yet to be called by the <em>Associated Press<\/em>.
