The Justice Department accuses him of violating\u200c a federal law against compensating individuals for\u2063 voting or registering. However, Musk&#8217;s pledge does\u200d not explicitly state he is incentivizing voting or registration. Critics argue that\u2064 the Justice Department&#8217;s actions indicate a political bias, especially \u2064since Musk&#8217;s support has shifted towards Donald Trump, \u200da target for\u2063 Democrats. <\/p>\n<p>In contrast, Kamala Harris has proposed financial incentives for voters supporting her, yet \u200bthere hasn&#8217;t been any legal scrutiny directed at her actions.\u2062 Additionally, allegations of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/elections-officials-investigating-suspected-voter-registration-fraud\/\" title=\"Elections Officials Investigating Suspected Voter Registration Fraud\">voter registration fraud linked<\/a>\u200c to progressive groups in Pennsylvania have gone unaddressed by the Justice Department. These groups, funded by wealthy individuals, have been accused\u200b of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/vp-harris-says-social-media-companies-should-cooperate-and-work-with-us-on-protecting-our-democracy\/\" title=\"VP Harris Says Social Media Companies Should &quot;Cooperate and Work With Us&quot; on &quot;Protecting Our Democracy&quot;\">targeting specific demographics<\/a> for voter registration, with \u200csome insiders admitting that the efforts aim to reshape the electorate in favor of Democratic victories, despite being tax-exempt organizations required to remain non-partisan. The piece \u2064argues that there&#8217;s a double standard in the treatment of\u2063 such groups based on political affiliation.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Elon Musk offered money to registered voters who signed a pledge in support of the First and Second Amendments of the Constitution. For that brazen act of generosity and patriotism, the Harris-Biden Justice Department is threatening legal action. It&rsquo;s pure political weaponization of the law simply because Musk &mdash; once beloved by the Democrats &mdash; now supports their most hated political rival: Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>The Justice Department accuses Musk of violating a federal statute (<a href=\"https:\/\/uscode.house.gov\/view.xhtml?req=(title:52%2520section:10307%2520edition:prelim)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">52 USC 10307(c)<\/a>) that criminalizes paying someone to vote or register to vote, among other crimes.<\/p>\n<p>Musk&rsquo;s petition <a href=\"https:\/\/petition.theamericapac.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pledge states<\/a>: &ldquo;By signing below, I am pledging my support for the First and Second Amendments.&rdquo; Nowhere does it state he is paying people to vote or register to vote. Nor is the giveaway an &ldquo;illegal lottery,&rdquo; as some other Democrats have alleged.<\/p>\n<p>The Harris-Biden administration doesn&rsquo;t care about actual voter registration fraud. If they did, they wouldn&rsquo;t be fighting states like Virginia which are cleaning their voter rolls of illegal voters. Virginia removed 1,600 noncitizens from its voter rolls, and the Harris-Biden administration took them to court to force Virginia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotusblog.com\/2024\/10\/supreme-court-allows-virginia-to-remove-suspected-non-citizens-from-voter-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to keep<\/a> noncitizens on their rolls. Fortunately, the Supreme Court intervened, siding with Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>Kamala Harris is <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/10\/17\/opinion\/harris-new-vote-buying-try-is-a-divisive-equity-scheme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">promising to give<\/a> money to people who vote for her. She is promising government handouts &mdash; $25,000 to buy a home and $20,000 to start a business. Yet the Justice Department hasn&rsquo;t launched an investigation into her &ldquo;buying votes.&rdquo; That&rsquo;s just the tip of the iceberg because Democrat donors have paid &ldquo;dark money&rdquo; groups for years to illegally target only certain voter blocs in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-2024-election-is-being-rigged-right-now-in-plain-sight\/\" title=\"The 2024 Election Is Being Rigged Right Now In Plain Sight\">partisan voter registration drives<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>They Won&rsquo;t Sue If  You&rsquo;re Blue<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recent events in Pennsylvania indicate potential large-scale voter registration fraud by far-left-funded &ldquo;dark money&rdquo; groups. Field+Media Corps, a group working on behalf of the &ldquo;progressive&rdquo; group Everybody Votes, <a href=\"https:\/\/therightscoop.com\/watch-pennsylvania-election-officials-receive-thousands-of-potentially-fraudulent-mail-in-ballot-applications-from-3rd-party-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">is reportedly involved<\/a> with submitting fraudulent voter registration applications in multiple counties across Pennsylvania. Yet the Harris-Biden Justice Department is silent on this issue.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/voter-registration-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Everybody Votes<\/a> &mdash; also known as the Voter Registration Project &mdash; is a voter registration group <a href=\"https:\/\/restoration-news.com\/getmedia\/ef6cc597-dee5-4584-870a-60a4919191e9\/Report-on-the-Voter-Registration-Report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">funded by billionaires<\/a> like Warren Buffett and George Soros. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2024\/04\/how-taxpayers-will-heavily-subsidize-democrat-boots-ground\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barbara Fried<\/a>, mother to convicted fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried, is also a donor. Everybody Votes pretends to be non-partisan while strictly targeting key Democratic voting groups to win elections. The executive director of the Voter Registration Project is <a href=\"https:\/\/skoll.org\/attendee\/nellie-sires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nellie Sires<\/a>, a former leader of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and regional director of Obama for America &mdash; hardly a non-partisan resume.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/restoration-news.com\/getmedia\/7b83c00f-9ffd-4f1c-ad35-0a15976584c6\/Everybody-Votes-Confidential-draft.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">confidential draft memo<\/a> from Everybody Votes indicates its goal is registering voters of certain demographics to &ldquo;reshape the electorate&rdquo; &mdash; even bragging that its efforts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2024\/04\/how-taxpayers-will-heavily-subsidize-democrat-boots-ground\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">would be the<\/a> &ldquo;single most effective tactic for ensuring Democratic victories.&rdquo; So much for non-partisan! In 2016 and 2020, this 501(c)(3) <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">tax-exempt organization spent 6 million targeting specific voters<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/voter-registration-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reportedly<\/a> worked with the Hillary Clinton campaign on shaping its strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Nonprofit voter registration groups are required to remain non-partisan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/charities-non-profits\/charitable-organizations\/frequently-asked-questions-about-the-ban-on-political-campaign-intervention-by-501c3-organizations-get-out-the-vote-activities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">under federal law<\/a>, but Democrats have been <a href=\"https:\/\/restoration-news.com\/inside-democrats-best-kept-secret-mass-nonprofit-voter-registration-pt-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">exploiting this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/leah-remini-says-her-16-year-old-daughter-keeps-her-woke\/\" title=\"Leah Remini Says Her 16-Year-Old Daughter Keeps Her \u2018Woke\u2019\">tax-exempt status<\/a><\/a> for their own benefit for decades. Of course, there has been no prosecution against Everybody Votes because their financial backer is George Soros. The Democrats aren&rsquo;t going to prosecute their own people. Until the corrupt Democrat machine is removed from power they will continue to illegally influence elections through their illegal, partisan voter registration drives &mdash; as evidenced in Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>These schemes to use low-level workers to harvest new voter registrations isn&rsquo;t new. Remember ACORN &mdash; Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now? One of their famous community organizers was Barack Obama. ACORN paid workers to register voters across the nation, but criminal activity plagued the organization. Ultimately, they went out of business and at least 18 employees <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/18-former-acorn-workers-have-been-convicted-or-admitted-guilt-in-election-fraud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">were convicted<\/a> on election fraud charges. Those were just the ones who were caught.<\/p>\n<p>Everybody Votes is this generation&rsquo;s ACORN. They are being accused of massive voter registration fraud and the Harris-Biden administration is doing nothing about it. Instead, they are weaponizing the Justice Department by attacking their political opposition: Elon Musk.<\/p>\n<p>Third-party groups are incentivized to cheat when they know the Democrat Party won&rsquo;t enforce the laws. The Harris-Biden administration spent the last four years using the bully pulpit and its power to attack their political opponents.
