Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson said in a letter following the DOJ&rsquo;s announcement.<\/p>\n<p>Missouri and Florida have also vowed to oppose the DOJ&rsquo;s new oversight measures, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3216094\/doj-sued-over-plans-monitor-polls-missouri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">arguing similarly <\/a>to Paxton that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/court-tries-to-force-states-to-enforce-unconstitutional-gun-laws\/\" title=\"Court Tries To Force States To Enforce Unconstitutional Gun Laws\">state law &#038;ldquo<\/a>;strictly limits&rdquo;
