He predicted that the turnout so far would lead to wins in Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Two weeks after early voting began and four days before Election Day, North Carolina reported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3212777\/nearly-50-of-north-carolina-voters-cast-their-ballots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"nearly the same\">nearly<\/a> 50% of registered voters had already cast their ballots.
