This change, which included the \u2062addition of an apostrophe to modify\u2064 the context, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hawaii-dem-state-senator-resigning-after-ethical-concerns-over-potential-wildfire-litigation\/\" title=\"Hawaii Dem State Senator Resigns Amid Ethical Concerns on Wildfire Lawsuit.\">raised\u2062 ethical concerns<\/a> among official stenographers,\u200c who noted that the Press Office cannot independently edit transcripts.<\/p>\n<p>House Republicans have expressed concern that these edits \u200bmay violate the Presidential Records Act. \u2062Vice President Kamala Harris attempted to \u2063distance herself from Biden&#8217;s comment, stating that she disagrees with <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">criticizing individuals based<\/a> on their voting \u2062choices. The situation has sparked controversy around transparency and the integrity of official communications from the White House.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The White House fraudulently edited an official transcript in an attempt to cover up President Joe Biden calling Republican voters &ldquo;garbage&rdquo; on video.<\/p>\n<p>Citing &ldquo;two U.S. government officials and an internal email,&rdquo; the Associated Press <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/biden-garbage-transcript-puerto-rico-trump-326e2f516a94a470a423011a946b6252\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a> Thursday night that White House officials &ldquo;altered the official transcript&rdquo; of Biden&rsquo;s Tuesday night call with Latino activists, in which the president characterized his predecessor&rsquo;s supporters as trash.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,&rdquo; Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The transcript released by the White House press office, however, rendered the quote with an apostrophe, reading &lsquo;supporter&rsquo;s&rsquo; rather than &lsquo;supporters,&#8217;&rdquo; the AP reported. White House aides inserted the apostrophe to make it look like Biden was criticizing a comedian who appeared at a recent Trump rally in New York City, &ldquo;not the millions of Americans who are supporting Trump for president.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The edit by White House staff, however, was met with ethical concerns by official stenographers. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,&rdquo; a White House supervisor wrote in an email obtained by the AP. &ldquo;Our Stenography Office transcript &mdash; released to our distro, which includes the National Archives &mdash; is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>House Republicans warned in a Wednesday <a href=\"https:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/release\/stefanik-comer-investigate-white-houses-revision-of-bidens-garbage-remarks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">letter<\/a> to White House counsel Ed Siskel that the edits could be a violation of the Presidential Records Act.<\/p>\n<p>Vice President Kamala Harris tried to distance herself from the remark that Trump&rsquo;s supporters are &ldquo;garbage,&rdquo; which Biden made while she delivered her campaign&rsquo;s &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/harris-seeks-to-rival-trumps-showmanship-with-star-studded-lineup-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Harris seeks to rival Trump&#039;s showmanship with star-studded lineup - Washington Examiner\">closing argument&#038;rdquo<\/a>; from the National Mall Tuesday night.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Let me be clear, I strongly disagree with any criticism of people based on who they vote for,&rdquo; Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/harris-responds-biden-garbage-comment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a> reporters Wednesday. Last week, however, Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/30\/calling-republicans-deplorable-was-a-scandal-eight-years-ago-now-its-the-democrats-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">participated<\/a> in the media&rsquo;s hysterical campaign to depict Trump as a 21st-century reincarnation of Adolf Hitler.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had,&rdquo; Harris said after The Atlantic published a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/30\/john-kelly-and-co-have-some-serious-credibility-issues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suspiciously-sourced<\/a> hit on the former president that has been widely debunked.<\/p>\n<p>Trump responded to Biden&rsquo;s remark by driving to a Wisconsin rally in a garbage truck and speaking to supporters dressed in an orange vest.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;How do you like my garbage truck?&rdquo; Trump asked reporters. &ldquo;This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>President Trump expertly TROLLS Democrats after getting picked up by a Garbage Truck in Green Bay:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;How do you like my garbage truck?
