On October 18, Hamlett, using a false name, called the police claiming to have been chased by a bear and injured. The next \u2063day, police discovered a dead man at the\u200c site of the call, who was later \u2063identified with the ID of a different individual,\u200c Brandon Andrade, whom Hamlett had allegedly impersonated. Authorities suspect that Hamlett staged the murder as a bear\u2064 attack and have issued a warrant \u2064for his arrest on charges of \u200bfirst-degree murder.
