Bryan Steil, chair of the Committee on House Administration. &ldquo;Preventing foreign interference in U.S. elections has been my top priority as Chairman and this next step in our investigation is crucial to achieving that goal.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a6bca7b75e372fb1ef645f0f41016168 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a6bca7b75e372fb1ef645f0f41016168\"><\/div>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/_cache\/files\/0\/7\/0756f87e-e6d2-41b0-a221-de9c3e3607e5\/37460F2145EC0A73A8B4A4FF9DB6BB5B.updated-oct-29-final-subpoena-cover-letter---wallace-jones.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">letter<\/a> accompanying the subpoena issued to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/tag\/actblue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ActBlue<\/a> CEO Regina Wallace-Jones, Steil is demanding the Democrat-aligned fundraising platform forfeit &ldquo;documents and communications related to ActBlue&rsquo;s donor verification policies and the potential for foreign actors, primarily from Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and China, to use ActBlue to launder illicit money into U.S. political campaigns.&rdquo; The House Admin Committee and several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dhs-sec-mayorkas-significant-changes-coming-to-ice\/\" title=\"DHS Sec. Mayorkas: &#039;Significant Changes&#039; Coming to ICE\">states attorneys general<\/a> have been <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/08\/22\/democrats-fundraising-machine-draws-accusations-of-potentially-illegal-schemes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">investigating<\/a> these possibilities for the past several months. <\/p>\n<p>Steil referenced a <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/_cache\/files\/c\/3\/c331cd52-b2aa-4016-83ad-8c63a1acd916\/E5D8C3D2B5DC920314CF97242C7F7A0E.final-letter-to-actblue---oct-2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">communique<\/a> sent to ActBlue on Monday, in which he expressed concerns that foreign &ldquo;actors may be exploiting existing U.S. donors by making straw donations without the individuals&rsquo; or your platform&rsquo;s knowledge.&rdquo; The letter was issued nearly two weeks after Steil and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/24\/lawmakers-to-issue-subpoenas-over-alleged-actblue-foreign-election-interference-scheme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">requested<\/a> a classified briefing from several federal agencies about &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-threat-to-democracy-bidens-new-election-denying-press-secretary-meets-the-lefts-definition\/\" title=\"A Threat To Democracy?
