Despite being in the U.S. legally on a student \u200cvisa, he is not a citizen and therefore ineligible to vote.\u2063 The student registered using his student ID and provided documentation \u200cto establish residency in Ann Arbor,\u2064 Michigan, while signing a declaration falsely stating he was \u200ca\u200b U.S. citizen. His ballot has already been\u200b submitted and counted, as election officials cannot retrieve it. However, while the ballot was cast illegally, it is expected to count in the election.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Michigan Secretary of State&rsquo;s Office, the student registered to vote on Sunday using his student ID and other documentation establishing residency in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also signed a document identifying himself as a U.S. citizen.<\/p>\n<p>His ballot was entered into a tabulator.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He then later contacted the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mysterious-group-is-mailing-ballot-applications-in-mi-gov-s-name\/\" title=\"Mysterious Group Is Mailing Ballot Applications In MI Gov.&#039;s Name\">local clerk&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s office, asking if he could somehow get his ballot back. The ballot will still be cast, however, because there is no way for election officials to retrieve it once it&rsquo;s been put through a tabulator.
