Yet despite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/op-ed-dont-like-democrats-playing-ball-with-big-business-blame-bob-hope\/\" title=\"Op-Ed: Bob Hope to Blame for Democrats&#039; Big Business Alliance\">left-wing control<\/a> of government intuitions that run elections and a media dedicated to Democrat victory, these largely unsuccessful attempts reek of desperation as we get closer to Nov. 5.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Noncitizens and the Justice Department<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Democrats and their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2024\/10\/16\/nx-s1-5147790\/noncitizen-voting-claims-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">media allies<\/a> have for months been pushing the false claim that noncitizens registering to vote or voting in U.S. elections is a made-up problem, running <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/campaign\/4939246-gop-claims-noncitizen-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">story<\/a> after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2024\/oct\/03\/trump-republicans-non-citizen-voters-myth-stolen-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">story<\/a> suggesting that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/09\/05\/us\/politics\/immigrant-noncitizen-voting-republicans.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">phenomenon<\/a> is not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ap.org\/news-highlights\/elections\/2024\/illegal-voting-by-noncitizens-is-rare-yet-republicans-are-making-it-a-major-issue-this-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">really occurring<\/a> at any significant level, despite <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/10\/federal-data-thousands-of-illegals-are-registered-to-vote-but-in-21-years-doj-has-only-prosecuted-35\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">evidence<\/a> to the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/25\/iowa-ag-charges-noncitizen-for-voting-the-thing-democrats-insist-never-happens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contrary<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist has reported, thousands of noncitizens have made their way onto voter rolls across the country. As Republicans made headway in protecting U.S. elections from noncotizen interference, Democrats and the Biden-Harris administration went from insisting noncitizen voting doesn&rsquo;t happen to opposing these election integrity efforts in <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/26\/here-are-states-where-the-biden-harris-admin-blocked-efforts-to-ensure-only-citizens-vote-in-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">multiple states<\/a>, essentially working to keep noncitizens on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/grenell-legal-action-plan-to-force-calif-election-boards-to-clean-up-their-voter-rolls\/\" title=\"Grenell: Legal action plan to force Calif. election boards to clean up their voter rolls\">voter rolls ahead<\/a> of the 2024 election.<\/p>\n<p>For example, the Biden-Harris Justice Department filed a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/14\/biden-harris-doj-sues-to-stop-virginia-from-taking-noncitizens-off-the-voter-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> against Virginia earlier this month alleging that the state&rsquo;s efforts to remove foreign nationals from its voter lists ahead of the 2024 election were illegal. On Friday, a Democrat-appointed federal judge ordered Virginia to reinstate 1,500 allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/25\/biden-judge-orders-virginia-to-put-more-than-1500-self-identified-noncitizens-back-on-the-voter-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&ldquo;self-identified&rdquo; noncitizens<\/a> onto the voter rolls, as The Federalist reported, and a Biden and Obama-appointed three-judge panel <a href=\"https:\/\/s3.documentcloud.org\/documents\/25254748\/vcirusvvaelectionrollsca4102724.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upheld<\/a> the decision Sunday. The state is now asking the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/28\/virginia-asks-scotus-to-allow-removal-of-1600-self-identified-noncitizens-from-the-voter-rolls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U.S. Supreme Court<\/a> to overturn those decisions and allow the commonwealth to remove the &ldquo;self-identified&rdquo; foreign nationals from the rolls.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/house-bill\/8281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act<\/a> introduced earlier this year would have amended federal election law to require individuals to present documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections, but 14 Republicans joined most House Democrats in ultimately <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/19\/government-funding-bill-election-integrity-implode-in-u-s-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">killing<\/a> the bill less than two months before Election Day.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Corporate Media and the Censorship Regime<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The corporate media enablers of Democrat efforts to lie to the American people, cover up true information, and play defense for the Harris campaign have been in full swing this season, maybe even <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/16\/4-years-after-the-biden-laptop-coverup-media-election-interference-is-worse-than-ever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more so<\/a> than in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>In its most recent frenzied attempt to help advance the Democrat agenda, the propaganda press is <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/28\/corporate-media-incite-further-violence-by-calling-joyful-trump-rally-nazi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">breathlessly comparing<\/a> Trump&rsquo;s Sunday Madison Square Garden rally to a Nazi gathering. This came less than a week after propagandist Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, published a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/22\/sister-of-deceased-soldier-blasts-the-atlantic-for-latest-anti-trump-fabrications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fabricated<\/a> hit piece about Trump&rsquo;s dealings with a Gold Star family. The piece also showcased <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/24\/here-are-all-the-people-on-record-debunking-the-atlantics-latest-trump-hoax\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">heavily debunked<\/a> allegations from former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly who claimed that Trump once wished for &ldquo;the kind of generals that Hitler had.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Like clockwork, Harris peddled these claims <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/24\/debunked-atlantic-hit-piece-gives-kamala-pretext-to-justify-political-violence-against-enemies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to the American people<\/a> from the steps of her official Washington, D.C. residence last week, perpetuating the type of rhetoric that has already led to two assassination attempts against the former president and current Republican nominee.<\/p>\n<p>Left-wing outlets were also <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/24\/democrats-forced-joe-biden-to-drop-out-how-did-they-do-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">key<\/a> in staging a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/22\/the-ousting-of-biden-was-a-textbook-coup-detat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">palace coup against Biden<\/a> after his dismal debate performance against Trump in June. Once they got their replacement candidate in Harris, they rigged her only debate against Trump in which the ABC News moderators conducted a &ldquo;criminally biased&rdquo; show, &ldquo;practically amounting to an in-kind donation to the Harris campaign,&rdquo; as The Federalist&rsquo;s John Daniel Davidson <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/11\/the-debate-was-so-biased-it-was-divorced-from-reality-trump-should-refuse-to-do-another\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After installing Harris, the corporate media also allowed the nominee to go months without sitting down for interviews or press conferences, apart from those with <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/25\/kamala-harris-awards-interview-to-msnbc-host-who-defends-her-refusal-to-answer-questions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conveniently friendly and negligent interviewers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most egregious examples of the propaganda press running cover for Harris came when CBS News apparently <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/17\/cbs-faces-news-distortion-complaint-amid-60-minutes-harris-interview-edit-scandal\/\">selectively<\/a> edited her &ldquo;60 Minutes&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/17\/this-is-the-kamala-harris-cbs-video-editors-dont-want-you-to-see\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">interview<\/a> with Bill Whitaker, making Harris appear more articulate than she actually was. The move raised questions about potential <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/22\/is-cbs-refusing-to-release-its-full-kamala-60-minutes-interview-because-it-let-her-redo-answers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">media coordination with the Harris campaign<\/a> and the apparent attempt to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/21\/cbs-news-release-the-full-kamala-harris-interview-transcript-now\/\">hide<\/a> the nominee&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/25\/kamala-harris-isnt-verbally-skilled-enough-to-hide-her-partys-extremism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">incoherence<\/a> from the American people.<\/p>\n<p>While outlets slavishly work to deceive Americans in favor of a Harris win in 2024, congressional Democrats have likewise been calling for censorship by <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/25\/democrat-senators-demand-big-tech-censor-americans-ahead-of-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">demanding<\/a> that Big Tech conglomerates, much like they did in 2020, stop people from sharing information on social media and other platforms. And Big Tech seems willing to comply; just this week, YouTube kept podcaster Joe Rogan&rsquo;s major interview with Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/28\/youtube-wont-list-the-full-trump-podcast-with-joe-rogan-in-its-search-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">out of search results<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lawfare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Another set of people trying their best to rig the election are the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/13\/judge-dismisses-two-counts-against-trump-in-georgia-lawfare-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">multiple<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/05\/alvin-braggs-trump-indictment-is-even-more-pathetic-and-partisan-than-we-could-have-imagined\/?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss&amp;utm_campaign=alvin-braggs-trump-indictment-is-even-more-pathetic-and-partisan-than-we-could-have-imagined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">openly left-wing<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/13\/this-week-in-lawfare-land-jack-smith-takes-another-run-at-trump-before-the-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prosecutors<\/a> and judges <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/letitia-james-trophy-pledge-trump-embarrassment-new-york-bar-legal-expert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hellbent on jailing<\/a> the former president and current Republican nominee.<\/p>\n<p>While Democrats&rsquo; first move was to try <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/04\/unanimous-scotus-smacks-down-colorado-lawfare-states-have-no-power-to-kick-trump-off-ballot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">removing Trump from the ballots<\/a>, they quickly turned to lawfare against the former president after those attempts failed. They have, however, been active in trying to remove or keep third-party candidates, like <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/26\/the-party-of-democracy-successfully-kicks-two-of-its-opponents-off-georgia-ballot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cornel West<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/20\/rfk-jr-to-appeal-decision-letting-michigans-secretary-of-state-keep-him-on-the-ballot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.<\/a>, on ballots in swing states, in an effort to help Kamala Harris&rsquo; chances of winning.<\/p>\n<p>Charges in <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/tag\/this-week-in-lawfare-land\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">several states and the District of Columbia<\/a> have been brought against Trump by left-wing prosecutors and Biden&rsquo;s Department of Justice. At the behest of a Democrat judge earlier this year, a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/30\/judge-merchans-jury-instructions-prove-trumps-trial-is-about-power-not-the-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">slanted and coached<\/a> Manhattan jury found Trump guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records brought by District Attorney Alvin Bragg &mdash; who campaigned on &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/04\/09\/magazine\/alvin-bragg-donald-trump-trial.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">go[ing] after the former president.<\/a>&ldquo;<\/p>\n<p>But perhaps the most prominent lawfare case in terms of election interference is the pursuit of special counsel Jack Smith and his colleagues in the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/13\/garland-says-doj-is-not-a-political-weapon-while-waging-lawfare-against-trump-for-opposing-democrats\/\">Biden-Harr<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/13\/garland-says-doj-is-not-a-political-weapon-while-waging-lawfare-against-trump-for-opposing-democrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">is Justice Department<\/a> to strip Trump of his First Amendment rights in the Jan. 6 case.<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 2, Smith released a 165-brief full of negative claims about Trump &mdash; as absentee ballots were already circulating the country. As The Federalist <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/03\/jack-smiths-political-prosecution-of-trump-is-designed-to-generate-headlines-before-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, such a move weeks before the election was designed to exact &ldquo;maximum political damage to a Republican presidential candidate.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Despite the fact that much of the information in Smith&rsquo;s new brief was just regurgitated &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/03\/jack-smiths-political-prosecution-of-trump-is-designed-to-generate-headlines-before-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">old news<\/a>&rdquo; the media machine treated it as brand new, pumping out <a href=\"https:\/\/newrepublic.com\/post\/186673\/donald-trump-jack-smith-wildest-details-evidence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">headline<\/a> after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedailybeast.com\/trump-is-absolutely-fuming-over-the-release-of-bombshell-election-case-doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">headline<\/a> about the so-called &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2024\/10\/02\/jack-smith-trump-election-brief-details-00182287\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">damning details<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Jan. 6 charges are before U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee who has given Smith every latitude to stay the course, including by unsealing heavily redacted &ldquo;evidence&rdquo; brought by Smith against Trump earlier this month.
