Polling conducted by Emerson College paints a similar picture, with data showing Trump has made <a href=\"https:\/\/emersoncollegepolling.com\/october-2024-national-poll-trump-49-harris-49\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">gains<\/a> of 2 percentage points since September, making the two <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">candidates tied ahead<\/a> of the election.<\/p>\n<p>Despite losing ground in the polls, Harris touted the numbers she&rsquo;s seeing at rallies around the country as reason to believe her camping has sparked winning &ldquo;enthusiasm.&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I mean, just two nights ago, we had 30,000 people show up,&rdquo; Harris told the media in Pennsylvania. &ldquo;Every event that we do, and the feeling is one of energy and excitement.&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The momentum is with us,&rdquo; she concluded.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Top Harris allies, including former President Barack Obama, have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/live-blog-posts\/obama-criticized-black-leaders-lecture-harris-enthusiasm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">sounded the alarm<\/a> that margins of support for the vice president are slipping among black men, a key Democratic voting bloc.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, enthusiasm for Harris has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3182647\/black-voters-sour-harris-pivotal-pennsylvania-county\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">soured<\/a> among black voters in Pennsylvania, a state both presidential campaigns have said is critical to winning the election.
